About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who loves talking to people and proactively solving problems. This remote position supports a variety of US‑based clients across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry across various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks and work during United States business hours.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Sales experience and comfort with customer interactions.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM software.
- Strong phone etiquette and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Reliable remote‑work setup: second monitor, fast computer, quiet environment, and backup power.
