About the role

The Customer Service Representative will provide assistance to Australian customers, promoting products and helping transform their living spaces. This is a full‑time, remote position that allows you to work autonomously while being part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Promote and sell products, meeting defined sales targets.
• Process orders and manage after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve performance metrics related to call handling, satisfaction, and sales.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
