About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in Personal & Commercial Lines insurance. The role involves assisting insureds through professional email correspondence while working remotely during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

Respond to insured inquiries via email
Provide policy‑related guidance and support
Manage correspondence and follow‑ups
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with policy servicing and administrative tasks

Required profile

Insurance industry experience (Personal & Commercial Lines preferred)
Strong written English communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Customer service‑oriented with strong attention to detail
