About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Pasay office. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in customer support and develop professional communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions in line with company guidelines.
• Process orders, payments, and refunds accurately.
• Assist customers with product and service information.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in the system.
• Communicate clearly and coordinate with other teams to resolve issues.
• Meet performance and quality metrics set by the organization.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve services.

Required profile

• Open to fresh high-school, college or vocational graduates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work night shifts and earn night differential.
• Ability to follow company guidelines and work collaboratively.
