About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a leading BPO. You will interact with customers through phone, email and chat, delivering timely solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Extensive experience in customer service (as stated, 58 years of relevant experience).
- Empathetic and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
