Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Early Morning)

About the role

UPS is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its remote team. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to UPS customers, handling package inquiries, and supporting the smooth flow of deliveries during early‑morning hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about packages and coordinate solutions with other UPS team members.
• Maintain awareness of performance goals and meet or exceed key performance indicators such as customer survey scores, quality metrics, and schedule adherence.
• Submit ideas and solutions to improve the overall UPS experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service, listening, written and verbal communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
• Minimum 70% conversational English proficiency.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (systems management)

What we offer

• Full‑time remote work (100% teleworking) with rotating early‑morning shifts (1:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday‑Friday).
