About the role
The Customer Service Manager will oversee the e‑commerce customer support function, ensuring high‑quality assistance for online shoppers. This is a full‑time, remote position operating on a dayshift schedule, reporting to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of call‑centre agents handling e‑commerce inquiries.
- Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to meet performance targets.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to align support processes with business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing a customer service or call‑centre team, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently from a home office on a dayshift schedule.
