About the role

Amazon is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join its award‑winning Technical Support team in Pasay City. You will be the first point of contact for customers in North America and the United Kingdom, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email. The role focuses on preventing issues, solving queries, and delivering the exceptional experience Amazon customers expect.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests about orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
• Investigate and resolve issues using Amazon’s internal tools and resources.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Adapt to variable shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to match customer demand.
