Customer Service Associate – Full‑time (Permanent)

About the role
Join Amazon’s award‑winning Technical Support team as a Customer Service Associate. You will be the first point of contact for customers in North America and the United Kingdom, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests regarding orders, products, payments and website navigation.
- Investigate issues, troubleshoot problems and guide customers toward resolutions.
- Utilise Amazon’s internal tools to research, document and communicate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to Amazon’s customer‑centric standards.
