About the role

Join a purpose‑driven, eco‑friendly household essentials brand as a Customer Happiness Team Member. In this 6‑month freelance contract you will be the voice of the brand, delivering personalised support across email and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle subscription management, delivery queries and product issues via email and social‑media direct messages.
• Provide end‑to‑end, human‑first resolutions that turn support interactions into long‑term loyalty.
• Maintain coverage during weekends, holidays and high‑volume periods to ensure 365‑day support.
• Participate in company events and holiday coverage as required.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with a friendly, empathetic tone.
• Ability to work flexible hours between 5 am and 10 pm, including weekends and holidays.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently while meeting performance targets.

• Hourly rate of ₱280 (PHP) with typical workload of 80 hours per month.
• Remote work with flexible scheduling, scaling up to 40 hours per week during peak periods.
