Customer Experience Ambassador

About the role

The Customer Experience Ambassador will guide customers through digital channels, providing hands‑on assistance and education. You will also support sales and service transactions, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in using digital platforms through face‑to‑face guidance and education.
• Address sales and service needs, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Approve and process sales and service applications within the internal system.
• Handle payment processing for bills, purchases, and other transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active‑listening abilities.
• Problem‑solving proficiency.

Required skills

• Basic technical proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Familiarity with online platforms for transactions.
