Customer Contract Representative – Billing Operations

About the role

SolarWinds is looking for a Customer Contract Representative to join its Manila team. You will be responsible for preparing Year 2 and Year 3 billing for multi‑year software subscription agreements, ensuring accurate invoicing and protecting recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers to obtain purchase orders for scheduled billing cycles.
• Communicate billing timelines, contract terms, and documentation requirements.
• Validate pricing, quantities, and billing schedules in Salesforce Service Contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales or Renewals teams to resolve contract discrepancies.
• Maintain complete and accurate Salesforce records and documentation.
• Track billing readiness, flag revenue risks, and support audit and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in order management, billing operations, accounts receivable, sales operations, or renewals operations.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Experience conducting direct customer outreach via email and phone.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
