Customer Care Representative

About the role

UPS is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join its remote team and help deliver an excellent service experience to our customers. You will work from home, handling package‑related inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about their shipments and provide clear, helpful answers.
• Work with UPS colleagues to find solutions that facilitate delivery when issues arise.
• Monitor performance goals and key metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, quality, response time, and deadline compliance.
• Meet or exceed established KPIs, including survey results and response time targets.
• Propose ideas and improvements to enhance the overall UPS customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent listening and customer‑service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Prior experience in customer service or general administration is preferred.
• English proficiency of at least 70%.
• Student or graduate in Technical Systems Management or related field.
• Availability to work the 1:00 am – 1:00 pm shift (44 hours per week) remotely.
