About the role
We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components across various systems and applications. The role focuses on delivering scalable, high‑performing solutions that meet specific business requirements using modern development frameworks and agile practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom software modules that integrate with existing systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
- Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure solutions meet functional and performance criteria.
- Maintain and improve existing applications, fixing bugs and adding enhancements.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives following agile methodologies.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
Required skills
- Experience with modern software development frameworks.
- Proficiency in agile development practices.
