About the role

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate academic data reports, detect anomalies and initiate corrections within 48 hours.
• Conduct rapid‑response intervention calls and post‑assessment coaching to remove learning obstacles.
• Assess, integrate and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor evolves.
• Advance student outcomes through AI‑powered analysis, improving learning velocity, engagement and comprehension.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science, EdTech, education or a student‑support role that blends analytics with interpersonal skills.
• Strong competence with Google Sheets for data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
• High emotional intelligence and a kid‑friendly coaching approach.
• Experience designing workflows and automations.
