CSO Trainee – Future Talent Program

About the role

This Future Talent program is designed to develop the skills needed to become a Maintenance Engineer at Tetra Pak. As a CSO Trainee you will support the smooth operation of customer equipment while gaining hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and perform preventive maintenance activities, including on‑the‑job training.
• Request and order spare parts following maintenance processes and technical recommendations.
• Monitor equipment condition, identify issues and restore basic operational functionality.
• Support production operators to ensure uninterrupted line performance.
• Assist with equipment installation tasks and related training.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area around machines and production zones.
• Execute all tasks in full compliance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations.

Required profile

• Limited or no prior hands‑on technical experience.
• Strong willingness to learn maintenance, repair and installation tasks.
• Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
