About the role

The Social Media Associate works as the engine room for the Editor, handling high‑volume content production and the technical side of our social presence. This position blends creativity with logistical precision to keep our channels vibrant and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily layouts and Instagram Story frames in Canva, strictly following brand guidelines.
• Attend events with the Editor to capture behind‑the‑scenes footage and post real‑time updates.
• Execute paid content campaigns, ensuring all commercial assets are correctly formatted.
• Assemble reels from raw footage and draft captions for final approval.
• Manage daily community engagement, filter comments, tag brands/talent, and organize the direct‑message inbox.

Required profile

• High proficiency in Canva and mobile editing apps such as CapCut and InShot.
• Extreme attention to detail, especially for correct tagging and flawless spelling.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings for event coverage.
