Creator Manager – Mom, Baby & Health E‑Commerce

About the role

The Creator Manager will lead the acquisition, incubation, and growth of creators for the Mom, Baby and Health category on ByteDance’s e‑commerce platform in the Philippines. You will work closely with sellers, brands and internal teams to ensure creators produce high‑quality content that drives platform performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, nurture and manage creators through one‑to‑one and community‑wide communication.
• Develop quarterly and monthly operational plans to boost content production and creator earnings.
• Organise online and offline activities to improve content quality and educate creators on e‑commerce policies.
• Coordinate creator‑centric campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build partnerships between brands, sellers and creators to support platform growth.
• Plan and control creator budgets to achieve a healthy return on investment.
• Utilise internal creator‑management tools and e‑commerce functions.
• Ensure smooth communication among all creator‑related stakeholders.
• Support operational tasks related to creators as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in community or influencer management.
• Proven ability to plan and execute both online and offline events.
