Creative Solutions Designer

About the role

Tatler Asia is looking for a Creative Solutions Designer to join the Mega Events creative team. The role is focused on producing pitch decks, branded content, marketing assets, and event collateral that align with established visual systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt sponsorship, partnership, GTM, and commercial presentation decks.
• Create client‑facing branded content proposals that are visually strong and consistent.
• Design and produce social media, marketing, event collateral, digital, and presentation assets.
• Prepare files for digital, print, and large‑format production, handling revisions and variations under tight timelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across layouts, typography, and design applications.
• Support the refinement and rollout of scalable event brand systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Events, Ops, and Ticketing teams to meet fast‑moving project deadlines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branded content, or creative production.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, luxury, or event‑led settings is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Slides / PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with AI‑assisted design and image‑generation tools.
• Strong layout, typography, and presentation design capabilities.
• Basic understanding of motion/video concepts (optional).
