CPS Expense Expert

About the role

ING is hiring a CPS Expense Expert in Manila to support the People Services Expenses team, which covers global business partners in NL, BE, DE, APAC, AU, PH and PL. You will help ensure employee expenses and vendor invoices are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies, in a collaborative international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of service delivery for the CPS Expenses team and act as a first point of escalation for day-to-day issues.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and control checks on the processes covered by the team.
• Work with the Senior Circle Lead on change execution and support the Circle Lead on other aspects affecting BAU and team performance.
• Process company invoices and employee expense claims within contractual timelines and policy requirements.
• Handle vendor invoice reconciliation, validation and payment submission.
• Review and approve expense reports, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
• Partner with Finance and HR stakeholders, respond to employee queries and maintain operational controls.
• Support the achievement of operational SLAs and performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Experience in a Shared Services or technology industry environment is an advantage.
