Coupa Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Coupa Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) implementations and drive procurement transformation projects across multiple industries and geographies. The role combines functional design, testing, project management and change‑management responsibilities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive S2P implementation projects on the Coupa platform, covering requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis and configuration.
• Lead procurement transformation and digitalisation initiatives, managing workstreams from functional design to go‑live.
• Conduct functional design workshops, create to‑be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks and testing artefacts.
• Own testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression) and coordinate integration with client ERP systems where required.
• Provide project leadership roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager and Change Management support.
• Mentor and guide team members, oversee recruitment activities and contribute to internal capability‑building programmes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in procurement and spend management.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree (MBA/PGDM) or B.E/B.Tech from a reputable institute; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with proven client‑management experience in global, cross‑functional teams.
• Highly self‑motivated, adaptable to fast‑paced environments and willing to work on various P2P/CLM technologies.
• Ability to take full ownership of project responsibilities and drive internal practice development.
