About the role
The Corporate Sales Manager will lead the sales strategy for the arena brand, driving partnership programs, client acquisition and revenue growth. This senior position reports to the Senior Manager for Corporate Sales and works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery of service commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute and monitor brand partnership programs and sales strategies for the arena.
- Maintain and grow client accounts through effective communication and partnership skills.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with company KPIs.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver pitches and presentations, and secure long‑term partnerships.
- Customize product/service offerings, prepare proposals, close deals and oversee billing and collection.
- Create promotional packages and drive business development for special projects.
- Secure sponsorships for major events such as Miss Universe, Disney on Ice, and similar productions.
- Coordinate with other managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations or sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
