Corporate Recruiter (Project Hire) – Manager to Executive Roles

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter on a project‑based assignment to lead end‑to‑end hiring for manager‑to‑executive positions across our business units. The role will be based on‑site at our Mandaluyong office and will focus on building a strong leadership pipeline while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for manager to executive level roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies and cultural fit.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, networks and referrals to attract passive and active talent.
• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with company values.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular progress reports.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, focusing on manager to executive level hiring.
• Experience recruiting for corporate roles in real estate, conglomerates or multinational companies is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, resourceful and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to work on‑site at EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
