Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team and oversee the company’s litigation portfolio and corporate compliance matters. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice across a wide range of commercial, regulatory and employment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil, criminal, labor, administrative and intellectual‑property litigation, including appeals, mediation and arbitration.
• Provide legal support for claims and disputes affecting the company and its affiliates.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on compliance and legal risks.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documentation.
• Prepare legal opinions on operational, commercial and corporate transactions.
• Advise on labor relations, employment law matters and disciplinary cases.
• Support business units in the creation, interpretation and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation and corporate matters.
