Corporate Finance Accounting Analyst – Fresh Graduate

About the role

BNP Paribas is seeking a recent graduate to join its Philippines Finance team as a Corporate Finance Accounting Analyst. The role supports the Head of Finance in daily accounting, reporting and compliance activities across the BSPB entity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a backup contact point for all finance‑related topics and assist in executing local finance deliverables in compliance with accounting standards, local regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate accounting closing activities with local stakeholders, the Finance Regional Platform (HK and ISPL FSS) and the ISPL Accounts Payable team.
• Ensure compliance with regional and head‑office instructions, including forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare accurate and timely statutory, head‑office, tax, liquidity and management reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist in the preparation of internal and audited financial statements.
• Oversee tax and regulatory filings, ensuring timely submission to the BIR and coordination with the Regional Tax Department.
• Coordinate accounts payable deliverables, including staff claims, supplier payments and intragroup invoicing.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work closely with local businesses, functions and regional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
