Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented professional to elevate our team’s English language skills. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will deliver group and one‑on‑one online classes, create weekly lesson plans, and monitor learner progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English training sessions for employees.
• Design customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with HR projects.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and industry‑specific terminology.
• Facilitate workshops on English grammar, communication, presentations, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, produce weekly reports, and adapt teaching methods as needed.
• Schedule lessons, ensure reliable delivery, and collaborate with HR and department heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern Europe or Asian learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2 level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, curious, and committed to continuous self‑development.

• HTML (basic web development terminology).
