Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented professional to elevate our team’s English language skills. The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and involves delivering both group and one‑on‑one online classes while collaborating closely with the HR department.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English language training sessions for employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to team needs.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and introduce relevant CRO/tech terminology.
• Facilitate workshops on English grammar, communication skills, presentations, and public speaking.
• Track learner progress, provide assessments, adapt teaching methods, and deliver weekly progress reports.
• Plan, schedule, and reschedule lessons as needed while maintaining reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with employee development initiatives.
• Demonstrate independence, accountability, and professionalism in all teaching and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with students in Eastern Europe or Asia.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2 level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and consistently professional.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative and adaptable teaching style with attention to detail.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn beyond English teaching.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of web development terminology (e.g., HTML).
