Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented Corporate English Trainer to elevate our team’s English proficiency. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will deliver engaging group and one‑on‑one online classes, design tailored lesson plans, and track learner progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English language training sessions.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with HR initiatives.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and accent clarity, incorporating relevant tech and CRO terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication skills, presentations, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, provide evaluations, and deliver weekly progress reports.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans, schedule sessions, and collaborate with HR and department heads.
• Work autonomously, maintaining professionalism in teaching, planning, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern Europe or Asian learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2 level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and professional attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn beyond English teaching.

Required skills

• HTML (basic web development terminology).
