Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Corporate English Trainer to elevate our team’s English proficiency and support employee communication development. The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and involves delivering group and one-on-one online classes, preparing weekly lesson plans, and reporting learner progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group English language training sessions for employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with HR projects and CRO/tech terminology.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and accent clarity.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication skills, presentations, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, provide evaluations, and deliver weekly progress reports.
• Schedule lessons, maintain reliable session delivery, and collaborate with HR and department heads.
• Work autonomously, taking ownership of planning, teaching, reporting, and employee interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern Europe or Asian learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2-level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and professional attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Creative and adaptable teaching style with attention to detail.
• Growth mindset with a desire for continuous self-development.

Required skills

• HTML (basic web development terminology).
