Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented Corporate English Trainer to elevate our team’s English proficiency. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will deliver engaging group and one‑on‑one online classes, design weekly lesson plans, and monitor learner progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English language training sessions for employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with HR projects.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and industry‑specific terminology.
• Facilitate workshops on English grammar, communication, presentations, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and produce weekly progress reports.
• Schedule lessons, maintain reliable delivery, and collaborate with HR and department heads.
• Work autonomously, demonstrating professionalism and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern Europe or Asian learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2 level or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

Required skills

• HTML (basic web development terminology).
