Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented professional to elevate our team’s English language skills. The role is fully remote, focusing on group and one‑on‑one online classes, lesson planning, and progress tracking while aligning with HR development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English training sessions for employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to team needs.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and accent clarity, incorporating relevant CRO and tech terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication, presentations, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, provide evaluations, adapt teaching methods, and deliver weekly progress reports.
• Schedule lessons, maintain reliable session delivery, and collaborate with HR and department heads.
• Work autonomously, demonstrating professionalism in teaching, planning, reporting, and employee interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern Europe or Asian learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2‑level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and professional attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative and adaptable teaching style with attention to detail.
• Curiosity about CRO/tech environments and a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Basic web development terminology (e.g., HTML).
