Copywriting Trainer (Remote First)

About the role

We are looking for a Copywriting Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that boost copywriting and creative communication skills across the organization. This remote‑first position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting the growth of our copywriting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and develop instructional materials, learning paths, and digital learning initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions for copywriters and related teams, ensuring alignment with brand voice and performance goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness, incorporate feedback, and update programs.
• Support ongoing professional development and provide guidance on best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to facilitate sessions and provide clear feedback.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office tools; LMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a remote‑first environment and work night shifts when needed.
