About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all dishes, with a special focus on our signature Panda menu, while ensuring smooth kitchen operations and meeting guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare all dishes according to company recipes, standards, and quality specifications.
- Specialize in cooking Panda dishes, maintaining consistent flavor, texture, doneness, color, and aroma.
- Perform all Back‑of‑House duties, including station setup, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the kitchen operates with the required workability, intensity, and integrity.
- Comply with food safety regulations and facility standards.
- Manage inventory efficiently to minimize waste and support profitability.
Required profile
- High school diploma or college degree; culinary education is a plus.
- At least one year of cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.
Required skills
- Food preparation and recipe adherence.
- Food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Inventory management and waste control.
