Controller FP&A Analyst – Remote (Night Shift)

About the role

You will be responsible for the financial accuracy and strategic reporting of a US‑based food industry leader with multiple high‑growth locations. Operating on a night‑shift schedule, you will combine month‑end controllership with forward‑looking FP&A analysis to turn complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end closing, balance‑sheet reconciliations and preparation of audit‑ready financial statements.
• Oversee accounting tasks, including specialized payroll processing using Paychex and Harri.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance across multiple sites.
• Identify supply‑chain efficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
• Deliver comprehensive reports with strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
• Optimize finance systems for scalability, collaborate with operational teams, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity across platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Harri.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with mastery of accounting management and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Experience with payroll systems Paychex and Harri.
• Strong understanding of FP&A concepts and supply‑chain management.
• Night‑shift experience and ability to work onsite in Cebu City for an initial training week.
