Contract Management Specialist

About the role

The Contract Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring contracts are accurately drafted, reviewed, and approved in line with company policies and legal requirements. This role supports procurement, legal, risk, and business units to maintain compliant and effective vendor agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Review proposals and draft contract agreements that reflect the scope of work and negotiation outcomes.
• Incorporate best‑practice guidelines, performance indicators, and compliance monitoring into contracts.
• Produce error‑free contract documents, ensuring proper formatting and verbiage before legal printing and stamping.
• Coordinate final contract approval with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, VP SCD, Tax, Legal, Risk Management, Division Heads, and the Office of the President.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date contract tracker and communicate contract status to all stakeholders.
• File contract documents according to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare compliance reports, track supplier performance, and support renewal or termination decisions.
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and business units to facilitate smooth contract administration.
• Monitor forecasted savings declared by Procurement and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑5 year degree program.
• At least 1 year of experience in contract management or business law.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to interpret complex information and assess risks.
• Emotional resilience and optimism when handling setbacks or difficult interactions.
• Leadership influence to support team motivation and knowledge sharing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
