Content Manager (SEO & AI/GEO)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO & AI/GEO Content Manager to join our fast‑growing digital marketing agency. In this fully remote position you will shape content strategies that rank well in traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven search experiences, helping clients across diverse industries boost their online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage SEO‑focused content strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Optimize website content using on‑page SEO best practices.
• Conduct website audits and monitor performance to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Implement AI/GEO optimization tactics to improve visibility in AI‑generated search results.
• Create detailed content briefs for writers and internal teams.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content‑gap analysis.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, developers, and designers to execute optimization plans.
• Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics, delivering actionable insights.
• Support additional SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing initiatives as needs evolve.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of on‑page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, and content optimization.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered search, GEO optimization, and AI writing tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for staying ahead of search engine and AI trends.
