Consultant - Consumer Behavior Insights

About the role

NIQ is seeking a mid‑level Consultant to join its quantitative practice in the Philippines. You will deliver rigorous, business‑relevant quantitative insights, lead client engagements, and help expand NIQ’s analytical capabilities across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end quantitative research projects, ensuring methodological rigor and high‑quality deliverables.
• Design questionnaires, sampling plans, and analytical frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct advanced analyses such as segmentation, drivers analysis, regression, conjoint, pricing, and forecasting.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable narratives for clients.
• Serve as the primary client contact on quantitative engagements, building trusted consultative relationships.
• Support business development by contributing to solution design and client pitches.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice‑wide capability building.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, operations, and regional teams to deliver integrated insight solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Mid‑level experience in quantitative research, advanced analytics, or consumer behavior modelling.
• Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and influence client decisions.
• Strong project‑management skills and attention to methodological and ethical standards.
