Construction Scheduler

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to develop and maintain critical‑path schedules and S‑curves for our projects. The role involves translating master plans into detailed weekly and monthly progress reports while collaborating closely with the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce critical‑path construction schedules and S‑curves based on client requirements.
• Create detailed construction schedules derived from the master schedule.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect actual field data, update the project schedule, and generate reliable forecast updates.
• Work with the project team to resolve scheduling issues and ensure alignment with project milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 6‑8 years of experience in planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of providing practical solutions to scheduling challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for baseline schedule creation and S‑curve generation.
