Construction Project Coordinator – Scheduling

About the role

WES Construction is seeking a full‑time, remote Construction Project Coordinator focused on construction scheduling across multiple active projects. The role develops, maintains, and communicates project schedules from bidding and pre‑construction through construction and close‑out, with scheduling as the primary responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, bid documents and scopes of work to understand sequencing and schedule requirements.
• Support estimating during bidding by preparing preliminary construction schedules that identify overall project duration.
• Develop detailed baseline schedules for awarded projects and maintain current schedules for multiple projects.
• Meet weekly with Project Managers and Superintendents to review progress, constraints and revise schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor sequencing, material procurement, inspections and other schedule‑dependent activities.
• Track and communicate schedule impacts from RFIs, change orders, design revisions, weather and occupied‑building conditions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining construction schedules from plans, specifications and scopes of work.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, activity relationships, dependencies, milestones and constraints.
• Ability to manage schedules for multiple active projects and communicate risks and delays clearly.
• Comfortable participating in weekly schedule‑review meetings and presenting updates.
