Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our residential construction team. The role supports projects from pre‑construction through execution, ensuring smooth communication with vendors, timely material procurement, and on‑schedule delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities to keep construction timelines on track.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and stores to obtain pricing, availability, and project details.
• Request, compare, and negotiate vendor quotes for materials and services.
• Assist with material ordering and coordinate deliveries to meet project milestones.
• Track project progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and update internal teams.
• Manage schedules, documentation, and workflows using Buildertrend.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and related documents to support coordination.
• Prepare project documentation, proposals, and reports as needed.
• Organize meetings and communications between internal staff, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain organized records in Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Previous experience in construction project coordination or administration, preferably in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude with solid problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Buildertrend.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.).

What we offer

• Full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT) with a 1‑hour unpaid break.
• Monthly salary of $1,200 USD.
