Construction Growth Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Growth Marketing Officer to raise Valtor’s profile among developers, contractors, architects and engineers. You will translate the platform’s AI‑backed procurement benefits into compelling campaigns that drive awareness, trust and demand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize the most effective marketing channels to reach construction decision‑makers.
• Design and execute campaigns that address procurement pain points such as cost, delays, specifications and delivery.
• Craft clear value messaging around savings, speed and security.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Operations to gather client objections and market insights.
• Develop content concepts, creative briefs and assets for ads, social media, brochures, events and client decks.
• Recommend industry events, associations and networks for Valtor’s visibility.
• Support lead‑generation strategies and improve lead quality through sharper targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality and market feedback, and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, business development or construction‑related services.
• Strong understanding of construction procurement processes, BOQs, quotations and supplier‑client coordination.
• Ability to locate where construction decision‑makers spend time – online, offline, in associations and events.
• Excellent communication, research and presentation abilities.
• Strategic, organized, proactive and comfortable working cross‑functionally.
