Construction Estimator – Roofing & Cladding

About the role

Join a professional construction support team that delivers precise takeoffs and cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects. You will play a key part in enabling smooth project planning and execution through accurate analysis and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate construction estimates and takeoffs for roofing and cladding works.
• Review plans, specifications, and project details to support informed costing decisions.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate estimating outputs.
• Maintain estimating data, documentation, and cost records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within estimating processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of proven experience as an estimator in construction.
• Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation methodologies.
• Engineering or Architecture background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Manila (BGC, Taguig) following local work‑hour norms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with estimating software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
