Construction Estimator – Remote (Australian Morning Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to join our remote team. The position works from home on an Australian morning shift, allowing you to enjoy your evenings. You will support tendering and project estimation for electrical, industrial and infrastructure projects, primarily for Australian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project estimates and tender submissions.
• Review electrical, industrial and infrastructure construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and material calculations.
• Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist senior estimators with documentation, reporting and database maintenance.
• Communicate project requirements with internal teams and support budgeting processes.

Required profile

• At least 2 years experience as a Construction Estimator in electrical, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting Australian construction or trade businesses.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction materials, labour costing and tendering processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ConEst estimating software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering and electrical drawings.
