Construction Estimator – Division 12 (Blinds & Shades)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in Division 12 (blinds, roller shades, and related specialty trades) to join our team in Manila. The role focuses on preparing accurate, timely bids while protecting margins through disciplined cost analysis. You will work independently on standard projects and collaborate with leadership on more complex bids.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Prepare complete, organized bid packages for each project.
• Estimate labor and material costs with precision.
• Validate vendor quotes and identify any scope gaps.
• Respond to RFIs, addenda, and bid clarifications.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with general contractors and vendors.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in commercial concrete estimating.
• Experience working with Division 12 specialty trades (blinds, shades, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Required skills

• Quantity takeoffs and cost estimation.
• Proficiency with estimating software/tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST, ProEst or similar.
