Construction & Engineering Recruitment Resourcer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a phone‑first Recruitment Resourcer & Headhunter to join a leading national engineering recruitment firm. Based in the Philippines and working remotely, you will focus on engaging engineering candidates for construction projects, supporting our senior talent sourcing specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Call candidates sourced by the Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist who have not responded to LinkedIn or email outreach.
• Promptly handle inbound applicants from job ads and respond to candidates from email campaigns and marketing activities.
• Pre‑qualify candidates against active role briefs and schedule interviews for suitable matches.
• Re‑engage existing contacts in the Bullhorn database to keep the talent pool active.
• Record call outcomes and qualification notes in Bullhorn within 24 hours.
• Coordinate daily with the Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to ensure all call lists are actioned the same day.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a senior headhunter or candidate resourcer.
• 2+ years sourcing engineering candidates in the construction sector.
• 2+ years using LinkedIn Premium and Seek talent finder for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Bullhorn.
• Confident, warm, and professional telephone manner with the ability to make 40‑50 calls per day.
