Construction Division Manager – Lead Large-Scale Projects

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Division Manager to lead our engineering, installation and construction services for building systems. The role oversees large-scale commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals while being delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic objectives that support overall company growth.
• Review and approve project schedules, manpower plans and resource allocation.
• Optimize the use of manpower, equipment and materials across all sites.
• Conduct audits, inspections and performance reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts, manage variations and handle claims with clients and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Registered Professional status; a Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
