Construction & Demolition Labourers and Excavator Operators – Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking reliable construction and demolition labourers, as well as experienced excavator operators, for ongoing projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. The role involves a variety of on‑site tasks supporting demolition, civil construction and site clean‑up activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform demolition labouring and general construction tasks on residential and commercial sites.
• Operate excavators for demolition and earth‑moving work.
• Drive and operate skid steers or Bobcats for material handling and site preparation.
• Assist with asbestos removal activities where required.
• Carry out site clean‑ups, strip‑outs and support truck/plant operations.
• Follow site instructions, safety procedures and early‑start schedules.

Required profile

• Hold a valid White Card and possess own transport.
• Reliable, safety‑focused and able to follow site directions.
• Available for early starts and willing to travel across Brisbane and SEQ.
• Relevant licences or tickets (e.g., Asbestos Class A/B, excavator, skid steer, HR/HC/MC licence, Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP, First Aid/CPR) are highly regarded.
