Configuration Analyst – Remote (Independent Contractor)

About the role

Jointly is seeking a junior Configuration Analyst to support the setup of fields, templates, and workflows within its real‑estate transaction platform. This fully remote, independent‑contractor position focuses on configuring PDF documents and ensuring data mappings are accurate for customer implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure fields, templates, and workflows on PDF documents.
• Support onboarding and implementation projects for customers.
• Test configurations, identify issues, and ensure quality before release.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all customer workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the Implementation Lead, Product, Operations, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot configuration problems and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, implementation, support, data entry, or SaaS environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive, process‑driven tasks with high accuracy.
• Reliable, consistent, and accountable with good written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Excel (or similar spreadsheet tools) for data handling.
