Compliance Program Manager, Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Compliance Program Manager within its Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk function. The role supports the design, implementation and continuous improvement of ADI's global compliance programs, reports to senior compliance leadership and partners with cross-functional teams in Legal, Finance, HR, IT and Operations. It is based in BGC, Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Run and improve global compliance programs, aligned with the enterprise risk assessment and ISO 37301 best practices, and coordinate risk-based activities, plans, metrics and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory and enforcement developments and turn them into policies, procedures and controls; update global compliance policies and standards.
• Carry out compliance monitoring and testing, track findings and support remediation, and support internal audits and management reviews.
• Handle ethics and compliance concerns, coordinate with Legal and HR, track trends and support root-cause analysis.
• Develop and deploy compliance training and awareness initiatives, and track completion and effectiveness.
• Design and run risk-based annual monitoring plans and assess the impact of regulatory changes on business operations.
• Help align programs with ISO 37301, support internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit or a related function.
• Experience developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, regionally and internationally.
• Desirable: CCEP certification; experience with artificial intelligence is a plus.

• Systems proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Outlook and internet applications.
• Export licensing review may be required for non-US citizens and permanent residents.
