Compliance Program Manager, Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk

About the role

Analog Devices, Inc., a global semiconductor company, is seeking a Compliance Program Manager within its Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk function. The role supports the design, implementation and continuous improvement of ADI's global compliance programs, reports to senior compliance leadership and partners with cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, HR, IT and Operations. It is based in BGC, Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of global compliance programs, aligned with the enterprise compliance risk assessment and ISO 37301 best practices, and coordinate risk-based compliance activities, plans, metrics and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory and enforcement developments and help turn them into policies, procedures and controls, while assisting in maintaining global compliance policies and standards.
• Run compliance monitoring and testing, track findings and support remediation and corrective action plans, and support internal audits and management reviews of the compliance management system.
• Support intake, assessment and documentation of ethics and compliance concerns, coordinate with Legal and HR, and track trends and root causes to inform training, controls and program improvements.
• Support development and deployment of compliance training, communications and awareness initiatives, and track completion and effectiveness metrics.
• Design and run risk-based annual monitoring plans, and monitor regulatory developments affecting business operations.
• Help align compliance programs with ISO 37301, support internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit or a related function.
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining compliance-related policies and procedures.
• Fluency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, regionally and internationally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and project management skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification such as CCEP/CCEP-I is desirable; experience with AI is a plus.
